Gospel story of Jesus Loves You This I Know, and "When We All Get To
Heaven" sung out loudly in the open-air church that opens wides its green
wooden shutters to all the world once a Sunday-meeting in the country-side of
Georgia, U.S.A.
Yes, it's hot, but as soon as that service is over,
we run out to the cars and unload our picnic goodies of fried chicken,
black-eyed peas, creamed corn, and yes - you guessed it- warm, lovely,
delicious, delectable chocolate delightful cake! When that is cut, you
had better be one of the first people in line, if you hope to get a piece.
These delicious chocolate desserts are in honor of my family at Old Salem
Church in the country on a hot day in June of this year and every day as long
as "the creek don't rise."
